Nopalitos con Carne de Puerco ~ Fresh cactus leaves imported directly from Mexico, grilled with slices of pork loin, braised in a red tomato and onion sauce.
Steak Fajitas ~ A Mexican tradition! Tender, marinated strips of steak grilled with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Arroz con Pollo ~ Our signature item! Tender strips of skinless chicken breast, specially prepared with fresh mushrooms, onions, and green peppers.
Chicken en Mole Poblano ~ Tender strips of skinless chicken breast served in an authentic Puebla style sauce made with poblano pepper, chocolate, spices, and fresh banana to create a mysteriously dark, bitter sweet dish.
Pollo con Crema Portuguesa ~ Tender strips of skinless chicken breast grilled with zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms covered in a creamy, secret, Portuguese sauce

*Ceviche de Camaron ~ Raw shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, with tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
